What causes an oily scalp?
Greasy scalps and roots are caused by the hypersecretion of the sebaceous glands called “seborrhea”. Compared to the rest of the body, the sebaceous glands found on the scalp are greater in size and amount, resulting in cases of sebum hyperproduction.
